Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our offerings — accommodation, experiences, and events — each carry their own rhythm of preparation and commitment. This page sets out clearly what to expect when plans change, whether yours or ours.
Accommodation
All accommodation bookings are made and managed through Airbnb. Your cancellation rights and any refunds are governed entirely by Airbnb’s platform policies and the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking.
Our current cancellation setting is Firm, which means the following applies when a guest cancels:
31+ days before
Full refund
7–30 days before
50% refund of nightly rate
Within 7 days
No refund
Airbnb service fee
Non-refundable
A 24-hour grace period applies if you booked at least 7 days before check-in — you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund regardless of the above. Airbnb administers this automatically. For all refund queries relating to your stay, please contact Airbnb directly through your booking.
Events & Experiences
When you register for an event or experience with Stellar Violets, you are making a commitment — to yourself and to us. Preparation begins well before the day: planning, facilitation design, coordination, and the holding of your place. That work is already underway long before you arrive.
Our cancellation terms reflect this reality.

These terms stand regardless of whether your place is filled by another participant. In genuine exceptional circumstances, please reach out — we will always listen, and we will respond thoughtfully. Any decision to vary these terms rests solely with Stellar Violets.
If Stellar Violets cancels or reschedules an event, all registered participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled or alternative date. We will never retain fees for a cancellation that originates with us.
Digital product
ebooks, courses, audio courses, and any other downloadable or streamed content — are delivered immediately upon purchase. Like buying a book, they cannot be returned or refunded once accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
This policy was last updated in April 2026. We reserve the right to amend these terms; any changes will apply to new bookings only and will be reflected on this page.
