Welcome to the soulful heart of Stellar Violets. Heartland Studio is the fully accessible, north-facing studio at Stellar Violets Cottage – a cook’s dream where slow days give over to evening through French doors. Between forests and orchards, find twin clawfoot tubs under stars, Esse wood fireplace-cooker, kitchen, and a king bed.
Guest access
You have private access to Heartland Studio including your own gentle step ramp entrance, all rooms, and immediate garden areas around the cottage. You can use the twin clawfoot bathtubs in the garden under stars (bring bathers – semi-private setting) and guest laundry in nearby building (map provided).
The adjacent studio (Morning Bird) may be occupied during your stay, unless you book both. Our historic rail carriages glimpsed beyond the garden may become available a little down the track through select bookable experiences and events (enquire via our contact page here).
Other things to note
Heartland Studio is the accessible heart of Stellar Violets Cottage, separated from Morning Bird Studio by two sets of double jarrah doors for privacy. We’ve designed this space to be accessible and beautiful – we welcome feedback to improve access further. Located between forest and orchards, 6km from Manjimup town centre.Highlights include evocative garden views and birdsong of djitty-djitty (willy wagtails) wrens, robins, finches, honeyeaters, silver eyes, parrots, magpies and more. Your stay helps restore this land.
